14 INDEPENDENT MODULES
- Practical introduction to labor law: sources, individual and collective labor relations, freedoms, health and working time.
- The technique of auditing in social law: understanding the methodology of auditing and knowing how to use Légifrance for HR practice.
- Hiring management: Recruitment on a fixed-term or permanent contract, drafting of standard clauses and drafting of complex clauses in an employment contract.
- Managing working hours: the obligations of companies, techniques for preventing risks in terms of working hours, focus on fixed-term contracts.
- Managing the termination of employment contracts: of a non-protected employee and a protected employee, evaluating costs and controlling risks.
- Setting up the CSE: organizing the elections and starting the functioning of the CSE.
- Managing the CSE in a company with less than 50 employees.
- Managing the CSE in a company with at least 50 employees: attributions and competences of the CSE and the central CSE, roles of the members, material means, organizing and managing meetings.
- Negotiating a company agreement: usefulness of a company agreement, drafting method and negotiation method.
- Mastering the salary policy: determining the legal and conventional remuneration, avoiding the risks of back pay and mastering the tools of complementary remuneration.
- Understand professional training: training mechanisms.
- Monitoring employee activity: understanding the rules, knowing how to set up and use it.
- Health and safety at work: know the principles of prevention, know and implement the legal tools of prevention, react in case of an accident at work.
- Mutual insurance and provident fund in the company: identify the obligations in terms of social protection, know the social regime, anticipate URSSAF controls.
