Olivier Philippot graduated from the University of Rennes in 2008 with a Master’s degree in general private law. He was trained as a lawyer at the Parisian law firms August & Debouzy and Flichy Grangé, and then worked for Fromont Briens.

He advises HR managers and company directors on all aspects of labor law (labor law and social security law), both in the context of day-to-day management of labor relations and in the context of more exceptional or strategic projects.

Me. Philippot also assists and represents companies before the various courts dealing with employment law issues.

He regularly conducts training sessions for company directors, managers and HR directors, as well as conferences on labor law issues, in particular within the National Association of Human Resources Directors (ANDRH).

In addition, he is an accredited professor at the CNAM in Labor Law, where he teaches a course on “Collective Labor Relations.” He is also a lecturer at the University of Rennes I, teaching a course on “Restructuring in Labor Law”.

Anne Wolff joined the firm as a partner in 2024.

A lawyer since 2004, she practiced for 15 years at the Paris Bar, notably with the American firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, before heading the labor law department of EY Société d’Avocats in Strasbourg from 2019 to 2023.

She advises and assists French and international companies on all their labor law issues, both as counsel and in litigation.

Offering a pragmatic approach to her clients, her scope of practice covers individual labor relations and the management of day-to-day HR issues, as well as collective relations, in particular collective bargaining and the management of relations with employee representatives.

Anne has developed specific expertise in restructuring and reorganization operations, enabling her to support her clients in their strategic projects. She also has particular experience in compliance and anti-corruption.

Trained in intra-company mediation at the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris, Anne assists her customers in amicable dispute resolution processes.

She teaches at the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, within the Master 2 Droit social interne, européen et international program.

Anne holds the CAPA and is a member of the Strasbourg Bar.

Me Laurent Trautmann is a graduate of  Master 2 Labor Law – Professional Relations from the University of Paris-Nanterre and trained at the High School of Lawyers of the Court of Appeal of Versailles.

He practiced law for several years in a Parisian law firm before joining Philippot Avocats as a partner in 2023. He is the co-founder and manager of the Paris office.

Hélène Clément joined the firm in 2018.

She advises the firm’s clients on all employment law issues. She also represents the firm’s clients on a regular basis before the courts with jurisdiction in labor law, such as the Labor Courts, the Social Division of the Courts of Appeal, and the Judicial Court, in correctional matters, collective litigation, and social security law.

Me. Abélia Cosentino is a graduate of the Master 2 in Corporate and Business Law – DJCE of Nancy.

She began her career with the Parisian law firms Flichy Grangé and Proskauer Rose LLP.

She continued her professional career working in the employment department of a large accounting firm in the Grand Est region, and then in the Strasbourg office of Barthélémy Avocats, before joining Philippot Avocats in October 2020.

Adeline Lindemann holds a Master 2 degree in European and International Labor Law from the Strasbourg Law School.

She spent two years as a lawyer in human resources departments and then six months in the employment department of an accounting firm before joining Philippot Avocats in January 2020.

Me. Julie Campagnol holds a Master’s degree in French, European and International Labor Law from the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg.

She also holds a Master 1 in General Private Law from Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland.

She worked for two years as a lawyer in the employment law department of a Strasbourg law firm, then for six months in a company human resources department before joining Philippot Avocats in January 2021.

Oualid joined the firm in 2024.

He started out as a lawyer, then worked for 4 years in the labor law department of EY Société d’Avocats in Strasbourg. He also developed his expertise in labor law with niche firms in Strasbourg and Luxembourg.

With a wealth of experience in Labor Law, social protection law and international mobility, Oualid advises and assists French and foreign clients in their strategic projects, as well as in the day-to-day management of their HR and employee mobility issues. He also defends them before the Labour Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Court of First Instance in the event of litigation.

He teaches labor law to students in the Public Administration Master’s program at the Institut de Préparation à l’Administration Générale (IPAG), part of Strasbourg’s Robert Schuman University.

Oualid holds the CAPA and is a member of the Strasbourg Bar. He is also a graduate of the Strasbourg Faculty of Law’s Master 2 in Internal, European and International Labor Law.

Maud Laplante is a graduate of the Master 2 of European and International Social Law at the Faculty of Law of Strasbourg.
